Ok lets get started with a simple plan of 1000 calories you can lose weight at a natural rate equilibrium. It is important that you lose weight steadily or simply gain the weight back to the future. Ok we are starting? If you follow this simple little plan, you should see a gradual weight loss.

Breakfast:

You eat 300 calories here! This will be one of your major food breaks since you increases your metabolism earlier in the day to help burn more fat. I suggest that you eat a bowl of Quaker Oatmeal here with a little apple juice and a fruit of your choice. Oatmeal is full of fiber and actually makes you feel full by the abundance of its fibers.

Lunch

Eat around 300 calories here also. You should choose a lean meat that's around 120-150 calories like a piece of Salmon or lean chicken. Now add some green beans and another fruit. This should set you right at 300 calories. You can even mix things up and get something like a lean cuisine meal which are low in calories.

Mid Afternoon:

So you already have eaten 600 of the 1000 calorie diet plan calories allowed. This meal you want to eat around 200 calories. I suggest a nice decent sized sandwich for this meal because you need some carbs in your diet like bread.

Dinner:

I suggest you keep your dinner around 200-300 calories. Do not worry about what time to eat, if not 9pm at night. Eat a light meal at the end of the day can really help to increase your metabolism before bedtime. But if you eat too long your may have weight gain due to the risk that your metabolism naturally decreases at night. But you must eat something in the order of 200-300 calories such as a meal here as the frozen low-calorie diet. You can also eat pasta here, but I do not recommend it because you have had enough of carbohydrates with your bread. Basically do not feel bad if you slip and eat says a witness during a meal, provided you keep your intake of 1000-1100 calories per day.
